You can order or purchase our stock items from our website and we will dispatch them for you as soon as possible

For Custom orders or large quantities please call our customer service staff on 03 9564 3510 (we accept orders for stock products over the telephone with a credit card payment); fax us a purchase order on 03 9564 3555.

2. What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for stock products ordered online, however orders under $500 (excluding GST and freight) will incur an administration charge of $50 +GST.

 

3. Why is there an administration charge for orders not made online under $500 (excluding GST and freight)?

Most of our transactions are business-to-business related but rather than impose higher MOQs due to transaction costs, we apply the administration charge to enable all customers to be supplied.

4. Can I establish a 30 day account with Security4Transit?

If you are a reseller, a larger corporate, a government department, hospital or school, you can establish an account once you have purchased more than $1000 +GST worth of goods from SECURITY4TRANSIT. Below that threshold, we require payment via credit card or electronic funds transfer.

5. Does your pricing include freight?

Unless specifically quoted as free delivery, pricing does not include freight, as SECURITY4TRANSIT ships goods across Australia and internationally, and freight costs can vary considerably. If you are at the checkout and the freight seems too high (our calculator might not have it quite right) please call or email. 

6. What is the minimum quantity I can order?

This depends on the type of product you are ordering, and whether it is a stock or custom-made item. As a general rule, the following guidelines apply

  • Reuseable TE bags
    • Stock: 1 unit
    • Custom made: 10 units
  • One time use satchels
  • Security Satchels
    • Stock: 500 units
    • Custom made: 10,000 units (5000 units for larger sizes)
  • Security Seals
    • Stock: 500 units
    • Custom made: 10,000 units
  • Locked Products
    • Stock: 1 unit
    • Custom made: 10 units
7. Can I request a sample?

This depends on the type of product.

For reusable security Bags, courier bags, cash bags, mail bags, transport bags, security pouches - essentially any product that is a non-consumable - we ask that customers pay for the sample. If the sample is not suitable, SECURITY4TRANSIT will refund the cost of the sample less the freight cost.

If you are considering a custom made item and wish to have a sample manufactured, a sample fee will apply.

For consumables such as security seals and one time use security satchels, we can send samples for evaluation at no cost.

8. If my custom made product requires artwork, what format should I deliver it in?

We can accept artwork electronically in .eps, .ai or .pdf formats.

9. How long will it take to receive my order?

If the order is for a stock item, we generally ship within 2 business days. If the order is for a custom made project manufactured in Australia, manufacturing and delivery times are approximately 3-4 weeks. If the order is for a custom made project manufactured at our factory in Asia, manufacturing and delivery times are approximately 8-12 weeks.

If your order hasn't arrived as promptly as you thought it should; please call the office and we will see where is it.  All goods shipped by us are tracked via our freight tracking system. 

10. What does 10% over and under run mean?

This applies to custom made items. The acceptable industry standard is for up to a ± 10 % variation on your order as a result of production runs but this variation reduces as order quantity increases. 

11. If I can't find the exact item that suits my purposes, can Security4Transit manufacture a custom made product for me?

Yes we can! We can make a product to meet your special requirements or specifications. If we can't manufacture the item, we can source it for you. For further information, please call 03 9564 3510.

12. Can I return my goods if I am not satisfied?

SECURITY4TRANSIT stands behind the quality of its products. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods within 7 days for a full refund less freight costs provided they have not been used. For custom made products, goods can only be returned if they are faulty.

13. What type of warranty do you provide?

Our reusable products are manufactured to the highest quality and are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months. Click here to see our Warranty information.
